Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. There will be a 100% cancellation fee for any "NO-SHOWS" or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. All required forms and waivers must be completed (no less than 48 hours) prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation with cancellation fee charged. There is a 10 minute tardy/late grace period before appointment is cancelled and cancellation fee charged. At that time, we will have to reschedule your appointment to another date/time.
